Staff induction guidance for Line Managers
A staff induction guide for line managers has been designed to support managers throughout the onboarding and induction process. This should be utilised for new team members, as well as employees moving from other roles within the organisation.
The induction checklist should be followed as soon as the employee’s appointment has been confirmed. The checklist includes key activities throughout the whole of the onboarding and induction journey and provides a guide on time scales for activities and whom should complete.
