The council is required by UKGDPR Article 32 to ensure that appropriate organisational and security measures are in place.
The council is required by UKGDPR Article 32 to ensure that appropriate organisational and security measures are in place to protect personal, special category personal or criminal/law enforcement data. Security measures include:
- anonymisation
- pseudonymisation
- encryption
- secure email
- access and permissions
- regular system testing
- training for all employees
