Request or renew an ID badge and report issues with door access

Request a new ID badge, report a lost or stolen badge, replace a damaged or faulty badge, update your details. Report issues with the door access system.

Request a new badge for a new starter

A brand new badge can be ordered using the ICT Portal.

Order a new ID badge

A photograph needs to be taken of the new starter, and it must meet the following conditions:

  • it is a head and shoulders view and is a true likeness of the intended owner
  • it is taken on a neutral background
  • it is appropriate for business use rather than social media

If staff do not have access to ICT equipment, their line manager can submit the request on their behalf. For issues such as trouble finding employee names, HR should be contacted. For access level issues, additional support can be provided by ICT.

Report a lost or stolen badge

If your badge has been lost or stolen, please let Facilities Management (FM) know as soon as possible so that we can deactivate the card and prevent any unauthorised access.

Report to the FM Teams:

Amending access to an existing ID badge

In order to amend the access levels of an existing ID badge, your Line Manager must contact Facilities Management outlining what new access is required and the reasons for the change. In some instances (depending on the building), we may have to seek the permission of the Building Manager to confirm they're happy that the requested access is granted.  We're unable to assign custom access levels to individuals.
