Make an ICT request
Report damaged or lost ICT equipment, request and change access.
When signing in to the ICT Portal please choose your former council, and then sign in with your sovereign email address, unless you are employed directly with Cumberland and only have a @cumberland.gov.uk email address.

Press 1 if you are a Councillor.
Press 2 if you are a Chief Officer, Director, Assistant Director, or PA.
Press 3 if you are from the former Carlisle City or Allerdale Borough Councils.
Press 4 if you are from the former Copeland Borough Council.
Press 5 if you are from the former Cumbria County Council
Use the ICT portal to:
- report a fault
- report missing, damaged or lost equipment
- request access
- report change of access
- order software
- order ICT equipment
